1. Description of Our Community
Sichuan Province Cangxi Town is located at the north of Sichuan province in the middle reaches of Jialing River. It has a long history of cultivation snow pear. The soil and climate conditions there are all advantageous to the growth fruit tree. Cangxi Snow pear is big with small core. Its flesh is delicate and juice is much. It belongs to a big fruit type, single fruit weight generally at 500 grams of or so. The biggest single fruit weight can reach to 1.5 kilograms above, the edible part is up to 90.4%. Cangxi Snow pear since is fresh food, can be processed to can and boil dishes etc. Today we understand snow pear through personally experience, and know its growth environment, history, culture, and their price on market etc.
2. Summary of Our Project
Our special subject research mainly focuses on snow pear, such as its growth environment, culture, the history and planting techniques etc. And we interview some related technicians and departments. In this research plan draft, we get common sense on team spirit, and we learn much new knowledge and web page making skills. During making web page, we pour all of our affection into it this time. In the process, Mr. Zhang Yan from Qian Xiang Wan Cai gives us many important opinions and materials. We hope worldwide people and business personages can know Cangxi snow pear better through our web page and sell snow pears in more markets.

We get to Internet by fiber cable of our school, the speed is not fast.
4. Problems We Had To Overcome
The school has only one digital camera. For many schoolmates also attend a western story web page creation. So the camera is so busy, that we can only collect materials in holidays. There are four students in our team, who are in different grades. We do not have time in same time, so we can only make use of weekend or holiday to carry on creation at school computer room.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
We have a good harvest from web page making match. We not only know the special product of Cangxi—snow pear, folk romantic feeling, humanities, geography etc. We personally understand the growth environment; grow process and planting techniques of snow pear, which makes us experience personally “walking ten thousand miles is much better than reading ten thousand books '. The special subject research expands our visual field, expresses our state of mind, and gives us confidence and expect to future study and life. In the meantime, we understand communication, trust, modest, pay out, and feel grateful among each other. In the process, we are hard working, no matter what is the result, we are happy for we have made efforts.
6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
Our subject this time is snow pear of home town. As a high school student, we want to edit the green pear town painting by our computer knowledge. We use a lot of multi-media equipments when collecting materials outside. Though personal experience, we well know a sentence 'one hard work, one result '. In the web page creation process, we learn much knowledge that cen not be learned in class, such as use of css, photograph modification, etc. We know how to communicate, how to tidy up notes, how to record what we see and hear in outside interviews, which shows us the mien of web page makers and photographers. In the process, we have developed team spirit. When having problems, we sit together to discuss and solve them, or to ask the instruction teacher. We have never quarreled because of different opinions. For we believe it is a kind of predestination that we can get together to participate this web page match.
