1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?
Hardware: computer, cell phone, personal disc, digital camera, DV, paper, pen. Software: MS Office 2007, Internet Explorer, Yahoo! Messenger, Ulead PhotoImpact12, Adobe DreamweaverCS3, Adobe PhotoshopCS3
2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.
When making this project, we interviewed the principal and directors of our school, as well as the directors and the customers of the Kaohsiung Third Credit Cooperative. The manner of speaking and questions were different when interviewing different people. While visiting the principal, the questions that we asked were the relationship between the Kaohsiung Third Credit Cooperative and San Sin High School. While visiting the executives of the cooperative, the questions that we asked were relatively deep. While visiting the customers, our questions were clear and easy to understand.
3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?
Kaohsiung is situated in southern Taiwan, and it is the second biggest city. However, compared with Taipei people, Kaohsiung people have more enthusiasm and sincere. After this project, we have deep experience, and learn more how to deal with things and people.
4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?
Thank the chairman, executives and staffs of the Kaohsiung Third Credit Cooperative as well as the principal and teachers of San Sin High School for interview, and a lot of materials that we need. Thank the person making arrangements, the driver picking us up, the school lending us equipment to make us finish the project.
5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)
During the process of making the project, we understand why the Kaohsiung Third Credit Cooperative can stand firm in the period of economic recession for 92 years. We also find the staffs’ positive attitude at the same time. They make efforts to work for the cooperative. If there is an efficient and serious employee to serve the customers, they must trust this employee! However, we are the students, but do not do things seriously as them. I think such an attitude is developed from the childhood.
