Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

Kaohsiung has its beautiful coastline , harbor, mountains and rivers.In the past few years, Kaohsiung got many favorable comment by building beauty spot which are full of art and humanities like gorgeous hall of the city , love river.Moreover, obtain 2009 social changes and know the right to host, the integrated environment has already had imposing manner of cast Dacheng , Kaohsiung will have already rubed one's fists and wipe one's palms and planned to spread the wings to soar soon, a great deal of construction arise one after another , all strive for the future of this city.

2. Summary of Our Project

In the morning, there is old man coming up to a large number that gathers inside the park , is distributing the sweat, studying kung fu how to strengthen the body. A cultural skill that you can know that China ' kung fu ' is that we are peculiar , it can be loud that everybody is familiar to the ear to it . But in fact, the understanding of its essence and modern meaning is that a passage is fragmented . The modern meaning of Chinese kung fu is to put it briefly: ' build up body conduct begin , defend direction of taking as , regard incorporating and living in the way of kung fu as goal '.

Watch that the computer and network have already become the luxuriantly irresistible trend now. So, we often utilize time in the school, the wide band of networks does the materials and transmits and the materials are gathered together whole to use T1 that the school offers. In addition, the teacher applies to school for the cyberspace too, upload the software through FTP, so that we can upload the materials found to one's own materials to insert , can be opened at any time too while needing to revise the materials, needn't only depend on single computer homework . Because there are grade 123 of group members, everybody is interdynamic and verdant , combines with technology still not skillful each other, so the most working time of group members, finish while keeping in the school or at home after all utilizing leaving school. While uploading WebPages , think even more that needs T1 network wide band of the school , enable us to look for the materials fast in the network, needn't worry having ' block up ' questions ! ! From family , adopt wide-band ADSL or not have on-line network , though the speed is not so good as the school, we adopt the materials of the dispersing type to search , have improved much efficiency.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

it is unable to keep up with slowly on the technology and homework to cause! Time respect,learning the pressures of examining and Grade B certificates This group is a team made from grade 123 up together, it is the same class, otherwise nearly everybody does not realize , so it is very difficult for planned speed to control.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

Through our studies, we find that some of the Chinese kung fu that we used to be proud of is now losing quickly. This time we are going to introduce some of them to everyone all over the world whether you are Chinese or not.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

We find to during the process of interviewing and lacking the haze coach particularly , all stick and win the prize with the apprentice's newspapers and magazines around the coach's sitting room of Wushu center, few photos when being young of coach of haze of hanging particularly in the sitting room, with now that compare , think difference much , but though appearance of the coach always, but his spirit and skill of doing weapon practice are never returned and changed, promote day by day instead.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

At the time of the special visit, the telephone and E-mail under the care of teacher , the team leader Yu Wen , getting in touch with , deciding to visit time and visit the address openly immediately, classmate responsible for interconnected system plan question asked to want exactly, is it visit you to get the issue out of and inquire coach on the same day to join, and note down.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

There was material enjoying and proud model of study of growing modern children spoilt and raised in plenty while as a child in this! Let us know anyone outside people even more with the special topic this time, there are skies beyond our skies, form modest virtue naturally .

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

In order to understand Kung Fu more deeply, we visited the Wushu center and interviewed two famous coaches, You Shao-Lan and Wu Zheng-Hui, who are famous for Hong fist. We really thank for their careful explanation and interesting shares; therefore, we get a lot of precious information.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

While visiting, has shot many things, sometimes in order to see some acrobatic fighting movements clearly, the schoolmates need the careful one to adjust the angle of the photography, we have taken some their photos while practising, the posture of the pendulum generals of several generals not stingy of the coach is struck by us. Other people are responsible for interviewing, every one studies interviewing every student and coach in the Wushu center conscientiously of sisters in law, very arduous in this course, but very happy.
