We shared weal and woe without considering too much about personal interests. In the spirit of the interests of the team coming before everything else, we all fully displayed our own special skills and shared resources and ideas to solve every difficulty. With the sense of ownership, we all took assigned work actively.
6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
Our school earnestly carries out the spirit of quality-oriented education and actively encourages students to take part in social practical activity in their spare time. Taking the all-round development as starting point and final goal, we struggle to foster students’ practical ability and creative spirit as well as help them to set correct views on world, life, values and talent cultivation, thus making students grow up to be qualified talents needed in the construction of socialism with Chinese Characteristics. Our project research not only provides our students with ideal opportunity to practice and put knowledge into practical use, but helps students to gain knowledge and experience they cannot get from books, thus making them the masters of learning. he activity is the perfect training course for those vocational high school students majoring in computer. Although they have never experienced such activity before, it is nice that they get substantive improvement in social skills, ideological, moral quality and knowledge mastering during it. They are no longer content with going out for a look, but prefer taking part in social activities. The aims of an activity is no longer confined to producing written material, but to putting more emphasis on social influence. The project research not only made students better understand Chinese calligraphic culture and art, but inspired their love for hometown.
