4. Places to Host your Web Project
Since Web pages are always developed off-line, you can
complete your Web project without actually having a Web server available. Once you have a
finished Web presentation, you'll find potential Web servers coming "out of the
woodwork."
Start your search for a home for your completed Web pages by contacting:
- your school district
- county office of education or intermediate unit
- a local business
- a local college or university,
- a local or state/provincial professional association or computer users'
group.
- a local Internet provider
Additionally, these sites offer free or inexpensive web space to
schools:
- KOZ SchoolLife
- http://www.schoollife.net/

- SchoolSite
- http://www.schoolsite.com/

- 21st Century Business and Education Consortium
- http://www.21bec.com
