Candidates for an international Review Board of distinguished Internet and education professionals were nominated based on their experience and devotion to educational networking and their reputation as visionaries of the Global Information Infrastructure.
Duties and requirements for Review Board participation include:
- Participation in a judges information mailing list
- Helping to raise awareness about CyberFair
- Judging semifinalist contest entries
