Description of Our Community: Tongan Elementary School is located in Fenyuan Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. It is located on the east side of Bagua Mountain, about 200 meters above sea level, and is a hilly area. Administratively, it is under the jurisdiction of Fenyuan Township, Changhua County. The school was founded on April 1, 1922 and was named "Fenyuan Public School Tong'anliao Branch". In order to make it convenient for students to study, villagers from Tong'an Village and Zhonglun Village jointly established Tong'an Primary School, which became the second oldest primary school in Fenyuan Township and has a history of 102 years. Due to the declining birth rate, the number of students was only 28 in 2017. However, in recent years, due to the development of popular special courses, the number of students has gradually increased to 64.

Project Description: In 2011, the founder Mr. Liu Qizhong called on kind-hearted friends and businesses to jointly organize the "Taichung City Da Jia Charity Foundation", which became the predecessor of the Da Jia Charity Foundation. It was not until 2013 that in order to expand its service scope, it officially transformed from a regional organization into a national group under the name of "Da Jia Charity Foundation", and continued to promote social welfare, devote itself to children's education and other social welfare activities. In 2022, it was awarded the Silver Award for Public Welfare Contribution by the Ministry of the Interior as a national social group.
