Description of Our Community: Our community, located in central Taiwan near the Bagua Mountain Range, is known for its pleasant climate and agricultural focus, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to live. While it may not have an abundance of cultural activities, it offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and preserves many meaningful traditions. In recent years, improvements in transportation infrastructure have made it easier to travel north to major cities. This has not only enhanced access to education and lifestyle opportunities but also contributed to the region's economic growth and overall development.

Project Description: Our project introduces the Ping Peng Cao Children’s Theater Troupe, the first local children’s theater group in Changhua County, founded in 2003. Over the past 20+ years, they’ve played a significant role in shaping the local performing arts scene, which has only begun to flourish in recent years. The troupe spent seven years completing performances across all 26 townships in Changhua County. Their dedication earned them the Outstanding Team Award in Changhua County, and they remain the only local theater group to have been selected twice for the Literary Crossover Theater program. This recognition has helped them build a strong reputation for high-quality performances. Along the way, they’ve nurtured many talented performers and cultivated a loyal audience that appreciates the beauty of theater.
