Description of Our Community: Located off the coast of Southeast Asia, Taiwan is known for its diverse ecosystem and wildlife. Meanwhile, technology industries are expanding beyond mere profit to the prosperity of our island and the globe. Diving into their efforts towards sustainability is crucial to step towards a better community. By exploring one of the companies that utilize recycled materials as their product material, we can gain a better understanding towards Taiwan's stance in international circular economy. Creative Tech Textile Company is one of the various companies that had made significant progess in this area by using oyster shells to product textile. We hope by investigating in this project, we could promote recycled products and raise public awareness about environmental issues.

Project Description: In this projet, our team is analyzing Taiwanese industries' efforts towards sustainable production by examining a specific example--the Creative Tech Textile Company. This company recycles oyster shells from food waste and resuses its powder to produce textile products that have better function. Despite the massive cost in the investment, they are determined to promote recycled products and reduce production waste. By studying their methods and motivation, we are willing to share their influence on Taiwanese and global industries. Their efforts towards the development of circular economy demonstrates how innovative products can make a big change in our enviroment and society. In conclusion, this project helps global citizens to recognize the urgency of environmental issues and the influence of industrial efforts towards a sustainable community.
