Description of Our Community: Baoshan Elementary School is located in Fenyuan Township, Changhua County, a region famous for its rolling hills and high-quality agriculture. Our community is one of Taiwan’s primary hubs for pineapple cultivation. The red clay soil and sunny climate here provide the perfect environment for growing sweet, fragrant pineapples. Life in our village revolves around the seasonal harvests, and the fruit is not just a crop, but a symbol of our local identity, hard work, and the connection between the land and its people.

Project Description: Our project focuses on the exploration and promotion of Fenyuan's pineapples. We aim to document the entire growth cycle—from planting in the red soil to harvesting the golden fruit. Students will interview local farmers to learn traditional cultivation techniques and explore the diverse uses of pineapples, including fresh produce and processed goods. By combining agricultural knowledge with creative storytelling, we hope to raise awareness about sustainable farming and celebrate the unique "Golden Treasure" of our hometown with a wider audience.
