Full Project Description:
Participating classes will read multi-cultural versions of Cinderella. Teachers are welcome to choose a book from a list or contribute to the list. After reading the story students will engage in language arts, social studies, math or science activities that will be showcased on a web site. Classes are invited to submit a maximum of six illustrations per class. Warning: if you try to sneak extra graphics your hard drive will turn into a pumpkin! Students may work individually, in small groups or as a class.
Objectives:
Since this is a global project, the activities are designed to support learning standards from a variety of geographical areas. It also supports the following National Educational Technology Standards for Students. (NETS)
